HKIA aims to support the social development of Hong Kong, in particular the communities surrounding the airport.

To build a sustainable workforce for HKIA, we collaborate with partners from various sectors to invest in the community and create jobs. We continue our efforts to enhance working conditions, improve connectivity to various parts of the city, and invest in skills development to make HKIA an attractive place to work.
